A huge thank you to all of our parents, grandparents, extended families, friends, and neighbors who donated! Also, thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this such a special day! We have a goal of $75,000 We are hoping to hire one para per grade for grades 1st through 5th. Paraeducators help break students into smaller groups and focus on more one-on-one teaching in essential areas, such as math and reading. This extra help makes a huge difference in our children's education.

Please send an email to karin.ritchie@brespto.com if you are interested in creating a class page or any of the extra pages, such as lunch, recess, specials, etc. Class parties are just around the corner, and this is the perfect time to start taking photos for class pages.
Many of you have inquired about gift ideas for the teachers and staff. If you are a Black Rock family, pinned to the top of the Family Connection Facebook page is the current 2024 Staff Favorites list. If you are not on Facebook, please reach out to contact@brespto.com, with the grades and classes of your children for verification, and we can send you the list. Please keep in mind the district guidelines that a single gift needs to be under $65.
